Parcel2Go Smart Send – Up to £50 Free Shipping Credit

Overview

Parcel2Go is a UK courier comparison site, and Smart Send is its free shipping dashboard for online sellers — link marketplaces like eBay, Shopify, Amazon and TikTok and manage all your orders in one place. There are two ways to get free shipping credit, and you get one or the other:

• £30 PrePay credit — new Smart Send customers, after signing up and making a first purchase
• £50 PrePay credit — new or existing Smart Send customers who connect an easyShop store to Smart Send for the first time and book their first parcel from it, between 22 October and 30 November 2026

Which One Should I Go For?

• You sell through an easyShop store: go for the £50 — it beats the £30, and existing Smart Send users can claim it too
• Everyone else: the £30 new-customer credit is the one for you

If you qualify for both, Parcel2Go only gives you the £50.

How to Claim the £30 (New Customers)

1. Click the 'Get This Offer' button to go to Parcel2Go Smart Send and create a free account
2. Link a sales channel (eBay, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok and more) or add an order manually
3. Book and pay for your first shipment through Smart Send
4. £30 PrePay credit is added to your account the next working day

How to Claim the £50 (easyShop Sellers)

1. Log in to Smart Send, or create a free account through the 'Get This Offer' button
2. Connect your easyShop account to Smart Send — it must be the first time that store has been linked
3. Book and pay for your first Smart Send parcel from that easyShop store by 23:59 on 30 November 2026
4. £50 PrePay credit is added within 5 working days of that booking

Requirements

• £30: new Smart Send customers only
• £50: new or existing Smart Send customers; the easyShop store must not have been connected to Smart Send before 22 October 2026; one credit per customer and per easyShop account
• Cancelled, refunded or voided parcels don't count as your first parcel
• No outstanding payments on your account when eligibility is checked

Important Terms

• Use it within 28 days: any unused credit (either offer) is removed 28 days after it's applied
• The credit can only be used for Smart Send shipping — it has no cash value and is non-transferable
• If a booking costs more than your credit, you pay the difference
• The two credits can't be combined — qualify for both and you get the £50 only
• Parcel2Go can refuse the credit if accounts or integrations look like they were set up to claim it more than once, and can change or withdraw either promotion without notice

Tips

• Have your next few sends ready before you claim, so you can use the full credit inside the 28-day window
• Economy services start from a few pounds per parcel, so £30–£50 covers several parcels
• The rule manager can auto-assign your preferred courier to each imported order, which saves time on repeat sends
