Sky VIP – Free Weekly Sainsbury's Treat for Sky Customers

Overview

Sky VIP is Sky's free loyalty programme for anyone with Sky TV, broadband or mobile. Alongside prize draws and discounts, it runs a weekly Sainsbury's food giveaway: each week a new Taste the Difference product is offered free — recent weeks have included muffins, cookies, pizza and savoury bites.

Coupons go live in the My Sky app every Wednesday and can be claimed until 11:59pm the following Monday (or until that week's stock runs out). You then have until Sainsbury's Superstores close on the Tuesday to pick up your item.

How to Claim

1. Download the My Sky app and sign in with your Sky iD
2. Tap VIP in the bottom-right corner (join Sky VIP if prompted — it's free)
3. Find the Sainsbury's reward on the banner or tile and tap Claim now
4. In store, open the coupon in the app, activate it and scan the barcode at the till within the activation window

Requirements

• Existing Sky customer (TV, broadband or mobile) aged 18+, UK only (not Isle of Man or Channel Islands)
• Joined Sky VIP in the My Sky app (free)
• One coupon per household per weekly promotion
• Redeem at a Sainsbury's Superstore — Sainsbury's Local, petrol stations and online orders are excluded

Important Terms

• Coupons are allocated weekly on a first-come, first-served basis and volumes are limited
• Each coupon shows its own expiry — typically claim by Monday night, redeem by Tuesday close
• Products vary week to week and depend on store stock

Tips

• Set a Wednesday reminder — popular weeks (pizza, muffins) run out within a day or two
• Activate the coupon only when you're at the till: the activation window is short
