Meerkat Movies is Compare the Market's long-running 2-for-1 cinema scheme, and since July 2026 you no longer need to buy insurance to join — a free app-only membership gets you a fresh 2-for-1 code every week, with no purchase needed.

How to Claim

1. Click the link on this page to get the Compare the Market app.
2. Download the app and sign in or create a free account.
3. Head to the 'Rewards' section — your 2-for-1 cinema code is waiting there.
4. A new code lands in the app every Tuesday and Wednesday — enter it when booking two standard tickets and the cheapest one is free.

Requirements

• Free Compare the Market account and the app
• Tickets used on a Tuesday or Wednesday
• Two standard tickets booked together — the cheapest is free

Important Terms

• Valid at participating cinemas including Odeon, Cineworld, Vue, Showcase and Picturehouse.
• The app-only membership currently runs until mid-July 2027.
• Membership also unlocks Meerkat Meals — 25% off dining out at participating restaurants — plus 50% off Pizza Hut Delivery and Papa Johns and 2-for-1 at Domino's (app only, terms vary by outlet).
• Standard tickets only; premium seats and special screenings may be excluded.
