Important Terms

• Auto-renewal: after box 1, a new box is charged and delivered every week at full price unless you skip, pause or cancel
• Cut-off: the standard cut-off is 23:59, five days before your scheduled delivery. Changes after that don't apply to that week's box
• How to cancel: pause or cancel your subscription online in your account settings before the cut-off. Cancelling doesn't cancel a first box that's already booked — to cancel box 1 you must contact customer care before its cut-off
• Free treats run for your first 2 months while you stay subscribed
• Vouchers don't cover surcharge or premium recipes and extras, and can't be combined with other offers

Tips

• Set a reminder for 6 days before your second delivery date so you don't miss the cut-off
• Skip weeks you're away rather than cancelling if you want to keep the free treats running
