New Joybuy customers get £3 off their first order of £10 or more when they apply a referral code at checkout. How to Claim

2. Create a new Joybuy account.
3. Add at least £10 of items to your basket.
4. Enter the referral code at checkout.
5. £3 comes off the order total.
6. Place the order — the discount is applied at checkout.

Requirements

• New Joybuy customer with no prior order history
• Basket actual payment amount of £10+ (the threshold is based on what you actually pay, not the pre-discount subtotal)
• Code entered at checkout on your first order

Important Terms

• One use per new customer.
• Not stackable with Joybuy's own new-user coupons — if the app offers you a bigger welcome coupon, use whichever saves more.
• The £10 threshold is the actual payment amount — if another promo or coupon drops your basket below £10, the offer won't apply.
• If your order is later cancelled or fails delivery, the discount (and any referrer credit it earned) is reversed.
• Self-referral or accounts flagged as abnormally associated with the referrer don't qualify — both sides lose the benefit.
• Joybuy reserves the right to amend or terminate the programme at any time.
