Yorkshire Building Society is giving away a free £10 e-voucher for downloading the YBS mobile app and logging in for the first time. The voucher is delivered via Simply Thank You's onecode platform and can be spent at over 200 retailers, including Costa, IKEA, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and Wickes.

You need to hold a YBS savings or mortgage account to qualify — but there's nothing stopping you opening one just for this offer. YBS's online savings accounts (like the easy-access eSaver range) can be opened from just £1, entirely online. That turns this into £10 for around ten minutes of effort.

The only real "new" requirement is being new to the YBS app — existing customers who already use the app aren't eligible.

How to Get This Offer

1. Already a YBS customer? Skip to step 3
2. New to YBS? Open a savings account online from £1 (the online eSaver accounts are the quickest route)
3. Make sure you're registered for YBS online account access — you need this before registering on the app
4. Download the YBS app from the App Store or Google Play
5. Register within the app and log in for the first time before midnight on 3 August 2026
6. Make sure an active email address is registered on the app — that's where your voucher goes

Your £10 e-voucher is emailed by Simply Thank You within 3 days of the offer closing on 3 August 2026, so expect it by 6 August. It comes from Simply.Thank.You@dotdigital-email.com — check your junk folder.

Don't leave it late: if your account opening or online access registration involves anything by post, it can take a few days — and logging in to the app after the 3 August deadline means no voucher. Open the account as early as you can.
