2. In the Starling app, request a full switch from another bank using the Current Account Switch Service.
3. Make sure the switch completes within 30 days of opening your account.
4. Starling emails you a unique voucher code with instructions — redeem it on the SURI website and your toothbrush is delivered.

Requirements

• UK resident, aged 18+
• New Starling personal current account opened between 10 August and 11 October 2026
• Full switch of a non-Starling personal current account, completed within 30 days of account opening
• Account kept open throughout the switch

Important Terms

• A full switch closes your old account and moves your balance, salary, payees, Direct Debits and standing orders across automatically.
• No minimum deposit, spend or Direct Debit requirement.
• One voucher per customer, once ever — even if you close and re-open an account. Codes can't be transferred or exchanged, and the voucher email includes its own expiry date.
