PureGym – Free 3-Day Gym Pass

Overview

PureGym is the UK's biggest gym chain, with over 450 sites open 24/7. Until 23:59 on Sunday 23 August 2026 you can claim a free 3-day pass — normally £16–£32 depending on the gym — covering the gym floor, all equipment and unlimited classes. No payment details are needed: code FREEPASS takes the price to £0.00 at checkout.

How to Claim

1. Tap the 'Get This Offer' button to open the free pass page
2. Choose your nearest PureGym and select the 3 Day Pass option
3. Pick your start date — it can be up to 7 days after you claim
4. Enter code FREEPASS and the total drops to £0.00, with no card details required
5. Complete signup and use the PIN you're sent to enter the gym

Requirements

• Claim by 23:59 on Sunday 23 August 2026
• One pass per person
• The 3 days must be used consecutively (one day after another, not spread out)

Important Terms

• Your start date can only be delayed by up to 7 days after claiming
• Around 30 gyms are excluded (several central London sites, Reading and a few others — the claim page lists them)
• Multiple passes per person may be cancelled without warning, and a fair-use policy applies
• No cash alternative; can't be combined with other offers

Tips

• Pick a start date that gives you three days in a row you can actually use — a Friday-to-Sunday run works well
• Unlimited classes are included, so book a couple through the PureGym app to make the most of the visit
