Dunelm App – Free Hot Drink at Pausa Café

Overview

Dunelm is the UK homewares retailer with 170+ stores, most of which have an in-store Pausa café. Until 4 September 2026, anyone with the Dunelm app and a free Dunelm account gets a voucher for one free regular hot drink at Pausa — no spend required.

How to Claim

1. Click the link on this page to open Dunelm's app page and install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in or create a free Dunelm account in the app.
3. Go to your account screen and open My Vouchers — the free hot drink voucher is waiting there.
4. Head to the Pausa café in your nearest Dunelm store and activate the voucher at the counter — it expires 30 minutes after activation.
5. Show the barcode to the Pausa team, who scan it and hand over your drink.

Requirements

• Dunelm app plus a Dunelm account (both free)
• Redeem in a Pausa café inside a Dunelm store by 4 September 2026
• In previous rounds, open to UK and Jersey residents aged 18 or over

Important Terms

• One regular hot drink per voucher; one voucher per person
• The voucher must be redeemed within 30 minutes of activation — don't tap it until you're at the counter
• Syrups and upgrades were excluded in previous rounds; expect the same
• Offer ends 4 September 2026 — Dunelm's full T&Cs apply

Tips

• Not every Dunelm has a Pausa — check the Pausa coffee shop finder on Dunelm's website before you travel
• The same app round also gives a separate voucher when you spend £20 or more, valid to 28 September, if you're shopping anyway
