LNER Perks – 2 Free RHS Garden Tickets (1–15 September)

Overview

LNER Perks is the free loyalty scheme from London North Eastern Railway, the East Coast main line train operator. For September 2026 it has partnered with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) to give members up to two free standard adult tickets to one of the five RHS Gardens — normally £15.70 to £17.70 each — for a single visit between 1 and 15 September 2026. You don't need to have travelled with LNER.

How to Claim

1. Click the link on this page to open the LNER Perks page and join for free (or sign in). The offer is redeemed through the LNER app, so install it if you haven't already.
2. In the app, open the Perks section and find the Free RHS Garden entry offer.
3. Follow it through to the RHS booking page, pick your garden — Wisley, Bridgewater, Hyde Hall, Harlow Carr or Rosemoor — and a visit date between 1 and 15 September.
4. Book up to two standard adult tickets at £0; your e-tickets arrive by email.
5. Take your tickets and the LNER app (as proof of Perks membership) with you on the day.

Requirements

• LNER Perks membership — free to join, UK residents
• Tickets must be pre-booked online in advance; no walk-up redemption
• Visit must fall between 1 and 15 September 2026
• One visit and a maximum of two adult tickets per member

Important Terms

• Free entry covers standard adult garden admission only. Children under 5 are free anyway; 5 to 16-year-olds are £6, payable at the garden
• Daily ticket caps apply at each garden — up to around 11,000 tickets a day across the five sites, with Wisley holding the largest allocation (3,500 a day) — so popular weekend dates can sell out
• Your booking confirmation may ask for proof of LNER Perks membership at the gate
• Subject to the RHS's full terms; the offer can be withdrawn once allocations are gone

Tips

• Book a weekday if you can — weekend allocations go first
• Wisley (Surrey) and Bridgewater (Salford) are the easiest by public transport; Hyde Hall (Essex), Harlow Carr (Harrogate) and Rosemoor (Devon) suit a drive
• Once you're a member, keep an eye on the Perks section — LNER runs monthly partner offers and competitions, plus 2% credit back on any LNER train tickets
