Overview

A Place in the Sun Live is the UK's largest overseas-property exhibition, built around the Channel 4 series, with thousands of properties plus estate agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, currency and relocation experts under one roof. For the Birmingham NEC show on 18–20 September 2026 there are 2,000 free adult tickets (normally £12 each) — up to two per order — with code MSESUN.

How to Claim

1. Click the link on this page to open the official Birmingham ticket page.
2. Choose your day — Friday 18, Saturday 19 or Sunday 20 September — and add up to two adult tickets.
3. Enter MSESUN in the promo code box; the ticket price should drop to £0.
4. Complete checkout with your name and email — e-tickets are emailed within a few hours to show on your phone or print.

Requirements

• Claim by 11.59pm on Thursday 17 September 2026, or earlier if all 2,000 tickets go
• Maximum two free adult tickets per order
• Each ticket is valid for one day only — pick your date at checkout

Important Terms

• Applies to standard adult tickets for the Birmingham NEC show only
• Children under 18 get in free anyway when accompanied by a ticket holder
• Concession tickets (over-65s, students, disabled visitors) are priced separately and aren't part of the free allocation

• Presenters Jasmine Harman and Laura Hamilton appear on stage — check the seminar timetable and arrive early for a seat
