Kids Week – Free West End Theatre Ticket for Every Kid

Overview

Every August, London's Kids Week lets children aged 17 and under see a West End show free with each full-price adult ticket — over 50 shows including Wicked, The Lion King, Matilda, Beetlejuice and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Over 200,000 tickets are released, with no booking or postage fees on top.

How to Claim

2. Pick a show and a performance date (until 31 August)
3. Add one full-price adult ticket — the first child ticket comes free, extra kids half-price
4. Book — no added booking fees

Requirements

• Child aged 17 or under per free ticket

• Performances until 31 August 2026

Important Terms

• Max 10 tickets per show per booking
• Not every performance is included — popular matinees and weekends are often excluded
• Availability spread across dates, shows and seat prices; popular shows sell out
• Refunds only if a performance is cancelled; exchange policies vary by theatre
