itsu – Free Bao Buns or Gyoza for New App Users

itsu is giving new app users a free tray of bao buns or gyoza (worth £5.95+). Download the itsu rewards app and register between 20 and 26 July 2026, and a voucher lands in your account — you then have 90 days to use it, so there's no rush to visit.

Choose from: hoisin duck bao buns, chicken teriyaki bao buns, chicken & spring onion gyoza, vegetable fusion gyoza, or prawn gyoza.

How to Claim

1. Tap the 'Get This Offer' button and download the itsu app
2. Register a new itsu rewards account by Sunday 26 July
3. The voucher appears in your account (can take up to 24 hours)
4. Scan the app in any UK itsu store and apply the voucher at checkout before paying

Requirements

• New itsu rewards customers only
• Smartphone with the itsu app
• Redeem in-store — any of the 78+ UK itsu restaurants

Important Terms

• Register between 20–26 July 2026; voucher then valid 90 days from issue
• One voucher per customer, single use, non-transferable
