Tracking Setup — Make Sure You Get Paid
The #1 reason GPT game offers don't pay out is broken tracking. The offer wall never sees that you installed the app, so no reward fires. Spend 5 minutes on this page before you sign up to anything.
TL;DR
- • Use Android if you have one (iOS tracking is flakier)
- • Allow tracking + cross-site cookies
- • Turn off VPN, ad blockers, content blockers
- • No public/shared WiFi — use home WiFi or mobile data
- • Never install a GPT game direct from App Store / Play Store — always click through the offer-wall link
Android setup
Generally the more reliable platform for GPT offers. 2 minutes.
Enable ad personalisation
Settings → Google → Ads → turn off "Delete advertising ID" (keep your ad ID active). Many offer walls use Google's ad ID to attribute installs.
Allow cross-site tracking in Chrome
Chrome → ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → Cookies → "Allow all cookies" (or at minimum "Block third-party cookies in Incognito"). Don't fully block third-party cookies.
Disable privacy browsers / blockers
Turn off DuckDuckGo App Tracking Protection, Brave's aggressive shields, any Private DNS set to an ad-blocking service (AdGuard, NextDNS, etc.). Easiest: use stock Chrome for GPT stuff.
Disable VPN
Offer walls often reject installs from VPN IPs. If you normally run NordVPN / ExpressVPN / Cloudflare WARP, kill it for the whole session.
iOS setup
Trickier — Apple's App Tracking Transparency breaks a lot of attribution. Use Android if you have the choice.
Allow apps to request tracking
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → enable Allow Apps to Request to Track. Without this, apps can't even ask — many offer walls fail silently.
Enable cross-site tracking in Safari
Settings → Apps → Safari → turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and on "Block All Cookies" should be off.
Same for Chrome (if you use it)
Chrome → ⋯ → Settings → Privacy and security → "Allow Cross-Website Tracking".
Accept every cookie banner on GPT sites
When Freecash, Swagbucks, ySense, Gemsloot show cookie prompts: click Accept All. Rejecting = no attribution.
Say yes to tracking prompts
Each game will show "Allow [Game] to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?" — tap Allow. If you tap "Ask App Not to Track", you'll never get paid.
Never do these
- Install a GPT game direct from the App Store or Play Store. The install has no tracking context, so the offer wall doesn't see it. Always start from the offer-wall link.
- Use a VPN, ad blocker, or privacy browser during the session.
- Use public/shared/work WiFi. Router-level blockers kill attribution; shared IPs get flagged.
- Click the offer-wall link then close the app and open the game later from your home screen. The link has to stay in the referral chain.
- Reuse a device that's already played the game for a different offer. The offer wall detects the prior install ID and rejects.
How to verify tracking is working
- 1. Screenshot everything. As soon as you install: screenshot the first game screen, your account ID, the first milestone completion. Timestamp these.
- 2. Hit the first milestone. Most offers have a very low first-tier target (e.g. complete tutorial, reach L5). Hit it, then stop and check the offer wall within 24 hours.
- 3. If L1 posted → tracking works. Continue the grind.
- 4. If L1 didn't post → stop immediately. Don't spend more time. Open a support ticket with screenshots. If they can't force-credit the first tier, uninstall, the offer is dead for you.
- 5. Re-check after every milestone. Some offers track early milestones but break past L20 or L35 (this is a real, well-documented pattern). Verify each posts before grinding the next.
Network
Home WiFi or mobile data only. If your home router runs pi-hole or AdGuard DNS, put that device on a separate VLAN or use mobile data for the session.
Cookies
Accept every cookie banner on the offer-wall site. Use a dedicated browser profile if you have picky privacy settings elsewhere.
